1. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

We offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our cognitive services within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. QAi TEST SUITE INSTALLER

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content (QAi Test Suite), refunds are only granted if the software has not been activated or if there is a documented technical failure that prevents installation.

3. RENEWALS

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We send reminder notifications 7 days before an annual renewal. Monthly renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled mid-cycle to prevent future charges.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please email support@hyenai.com with your transaction ID and reason for the request. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

5. CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
