Welcome to HyenAI Labs. These Terms of Service regulate your access to and use of our cognitive platforms, autonomous agents, and software ecosystems.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our digital infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your access immediately.

2. LICENSE TO USE

HyenAI Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to use our web interface and subscription services. For hardware or local software (QAi Test Suite), specific EULA terms apply.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile our neural models.
Use our agents for illegal activities or malicious social engineering.
Attempt to breach the security of HyenAI decentralized nodes.
Harvest data from our platforms for unauthorized AI training.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All neural weights, code architectures, designs, and logos are the property of HyenAI Labs. Any unauthorized reproduction is a violation of international copyright law.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATION

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HyenAI Labs provides services "AS IS." We are not liable for any cognitive bias, data loss, or system downtime resulting from agent autonomy.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by standard international software laws and applicable regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
