Your download has started. One optional favour.

If you have 60 seconds, tell us what you are testing and what stack you are on. It genuinely shapes what gets fixed first — and it means we can warn you directly if a build has a problem. Entirely optional; the software is yours either way.

Installation Guide

Follow these simple steps to initialize your local-first QA workspace:

01
Run Installer
Locate Sovereign.Setup.exe in your downloads folder and launch it.
02
Verify, then expect a warning
Check the SHA-256 above first. Windows will then warn you, because this beta is signed with our own development certificate rather than a publicly trusted one — so Windows cannot verify the publisher. That warning is doing its job. Proceed only if the checksum matched. Why, and what we are doing about it →
03
Choose your AI backend
In settings, either add a DeepSeek / Gemini / OpenAI key (prompt content then goes to that provider), or select a local Ollama model for zero outbound traffic. Keys are encrypted at rest with Windows DPAPI.
